1. The Information We Collect and Store
SimplerCloud (herein referred to as “SimplerCloud”) collects and stores personal information, including the full name, company name, billing address, landing page, referring URL, credit card number and expiration date, email address, and IP address for all customers. We also gather anonymous usage information from our visitors via cookies for usage with Google Analytics. 2. Security and Data Integrity
The security of your information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. We require that customers enter in a password to access their account information and request that customers use a password composed of different characters and of a large length to strengthen security and that they do not disclose this information to others via electronic formats or otherwise. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. SimplerCloud cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with the collection of said data and mistakes and security breaches may happen.

3. Third Party Disclosure
SimplerCloud may use certain trusted third party companies and individuals to help us provide, analyze, and improve the Service (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, and improvement of our services). These third parties may have access to your information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf and under obligations similar to those in this Privacy Policy.
SimplerCloud may disclose personal data to comply with relevant laws and legal governing bodies of any country in which we do business, or where a customer may reside in order to remain compliant with International Laws, whereby mandated by government agencies for the purposes of criminal investigations or by court order.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, but we will notify you (for example, via email and/or a prominent notice on our website) of any change in control or use of your personal Information or data or if either become subject to a different Privacy Policy. We will also notify you of choices you may have regarding the information.
4. Access to Personal Data
You have access to account-specific personal information stored via SimplerCloud’s web-based interface for account management. You may update these information at any time with the exception of network access logs, cases where fraudulent or illegal activity or a violation of SimplerCloud’s Terms of Service is deemed to have occurred (as determined by SimplerCloud’s management or law enforcement officials), in which case personal information may be retained indefinitely for purposes of on-going investigation and prevention of recurrence. 5. Customer’s Responsibility
Customers bear sole responsibility for maintaining the security of the hosting and related services maintained under their accounts. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any and all applicable privacy guidelines and regulations for all jurisdictions in which they may operate with respect to appropriate practices for the collection, storage, and dissemination of personal information using SimplerCloud’s services. In no event shall SimplerCloud be held liable for a customer’s failure to adopt and/or practice appropriate measures for safeguarding personal information stored within or transmitted through SimplerCloud’s services.
6. Opt Out Provision
You may opt out of providing and asking that any personal data that was collected be removed if you believe it is being used in a manner not consistent with the way it was presented in this Privacy Policy. In the event and at the sole discretion of SimplerCloud’s management, if it is determined that service shall no longer be provided, a refund of any unused positive balance in your account will be offered to you.
7. Changes to our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If we make a change to this privacy policy that we believe materially reduces your rights, we will provide you with notice (for example, by email). And we may provide notice of changes in other circumstances as well. By continuing to use the Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
