Step 1: Select Your Plan

Step 2: Order The Plan with cPanel from the OS Template Pull Down

Your Server launches in 2 minutes. This selection is a Linux server with cPanel software automatically installed.
After launch, your server is ready for use with full cPanel software, but without the cPanel/WHM license installed.

Step 3: Order the cPanel/ WHM License – $15.95/month

Once your server is launched, you can purchase the cPanel/WHM license for $15.95/month.
The license will be automatically installed on your servelet’s IP address. This seperate step orders the cPanel/WHM license to be automatically installed on your cPanel software for $15.95/month
You can skip this step if you intend to purchase your own cPanel/WHM license and install it yourself.

Step 4: Start Using your cPanel server to configure your web sites and emails.

Your unlimited cPanel/WHM server is ready to use.

Although Cpanel is a popular and easy-to-use server management panel, you will still need to have a basic system administration skills to manage your server.  If you don’t, we have you covered – these services are strongly recommended if you do not have the experience to manage your own server

Your Responsibilities

• CPanel is auto-installed during the order process, but you are responsible for configuring it to your specifications
• All creation, management and trouble-shooting of the email accounts and web site and any other items managed by cPanel

How to Order

1. Click on Sign Up (Red button at top right) & create an account. Skip this step if you already have a SimplerCloud account.  If you do, just log in.
2. Select Order -> Simple Cloud Plans -> Simple 2
3. On order form, enter anything under Host Name (it’s recommended to put down the domain name of the main site you intend to host, but this is not necessary) and select CentOS 6.4 (64-bit) + cPanel (excluding license)
4. Complete the order and payment
5. On order form go to Web-Hosting Control Panel Licenses, and order cPanel/WHM VPS Optimised License

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I install my own server configuration panel instead of cPanel?

Ans: The SimplerCloud Simple 2 plan servelet is a full server with root access. For customers who want Cpanel and do not want to self-install, we have loaded an automatic option in the OS menu.  However, you can install anything, including any server configuration panel that you prefer.  If you do not need cPanel, just buy the Simple 2 plan and choose any Linux OS or Windows OS option that you need.

Instead of the SimplerCloud Simple 2 Servelet, can I get the Simple 3 or Simple 4 Servelet (or anything else) and still add CPanel?

Ans: Yes. The minimum RAM recommended by CPanel is 2 GB RAM, so any servelet which matches that requirement and up will be fine.  Do take note of the appropriate pricing. Our recommendation of $35.95/month is based on the Simple 2 plan ($18/month) and the CPanel WHM license ($15.95/month).  The CPanel WHM license is the same no matter which servelet plan you select.

How can I upgrade or downgrade?

Ans: Upgrades and downgrades can be done in real time and are easy.  Please see more in our knowledgebase.

Can I install my another OS and use the servelet to develop applications, as a staging server, etc?

Ans: The SimplerCloud servelet is a full server with root access, that comes with many OS options.  If you do not need Cpanel, you can choose the OS you want from the pull down menu – there are several, including Windows.  Most Linux OS options are free, and the Windows OS options have additional fees.

Can I pay by cheque, for 1 year, or get a discount for paying more than 1 month at a time?

Ans: We do not accept monthly payments by cheque, but you can use a cheque to top up your account with credits for a minimum of $250 and above.  Please request more information by sending us an enquiry or opening uip a support ticket.  If you want to make an annual payment, please request more information by doing the same.

Can you do XX for me?  Migrate emails, web site, configure my DNS, optimize cPanel, install something.. ?

Ans: Yes, please purchase our ad-hoc System Admin service at $50/hour, or request a quote by opening up a support ticket.
