Cloud platform upgrade

We will be performing an upgrade our cloud platform application server on Thursday, 12 September 2013, between 9pm and 3am (the next day) Singapore time, to improve the reliability of the platform.

During this period, you might encounter intermittent difficulties in provisioning new servelets, or managing your servelets remotely through the control panel (console access, reboot, etc). There will be no impact to your servelets and any other services unless if there are any further issues.

Update at 03:00hrs: Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we need to extend the maintenance period until further notice. Any further updates will be posted here.

Update at 03:55hrs: The maintenance has been completed. Some of our customers’ servelets were restarted during the maintenance.
