28 December 2013, 20:55hrs Singapore time: We experienced some technical issues with one of our hosts in our Singapore cloud infrastructure, affecting servelets hosted on the affected host. The problem has since been resolved, and all affected servelets have been started gradually.

We will be performing a maintenance on our cloud platform on Thursday, 5 December 2013, between 11pm and 5am (the next day), Singapore time. During this period, you might encounter intermittent difficulties in accessing your servelets. Your servelet might need to be rebooted during the period.

We are scheduling another maintenance period to complete the upgrade of our cloud storage cluster on Tuesday night, 3 December 2013, same time between 11pm and 5am (the next day).
