Cloud Storage Maintenance

Ongoing Optimisation of Storage Cluster: Some general maintenance to the cloud storage cluster will be performed on this/these date(s) this week:

Friday, 10 June 2016, 11pm – 5am (the next day), Singapore time (SGT)
Saturday, 11 June 2016, 11pm – 5am (the next day), Singapore time (SGT)
Sunday, 12 June 2016, 11pm – 5am (the next day), Singapore time (SGT)

We will be adding new storage nodes and optimising the storage cluster to increase capacity and improve the overall I/O performance. No downtime is expected. However, some servelets may experience slower I/O access to the storage cluster during the period.

Cloud Management Server Maintenance

We will be performing a maintenance on our cloud infrastructure’s management servers to further fine-tune and optimize the configuration. Both our management servers will be restarted for the changes to take effect. The maintenance will be conducted on:

Date: Saturday, 30 April 2016
Time: 11pm – 5am (the next day), Singapore time (GMT +0800)

There will be no downtime expected to all our customers’ servelets and virtual private clouds (VPCs) during the maintenance period, unless if there are further issues or complications. If that’s the case, we will update this page accordingly. Co-location and dedicated servers are not affected.

Update on 1 May 2016, 02:41am: There were some issues as a result of maintenance, causing a very small number of servelets to be restarted earlier. Please open a support ticket if your servelet is affected and you are still having difficulties in accessing the affected servelet now.
