Cloud Platform Maintenance

We will be performing a maintenance on our cloud platform on Thusday, 3 October 2013 between 6pm and 6am (the next day) Singapore time.

During this period, you might encounter intermittent difficulties in provisioning new servelets, or managing your servelets remotely through the control panel (console access, reboot, etc). Your servelet might need to be rebooted during the period.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Cloud Platform Upgrade

We will be performing an upgrade of our cloud platform application server on Tuesday, 1 October 2013 between 6pm and 3am (the next day) Singapore time, to further add more features and improve the reliability of the cloud platform.

During this period, you might encounter intermittent difficulties in provisioning new servelets, or managing your servelets remotely through the control panel (console access, reboot, etc). Your servelet might need to be rebooted during the period.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

During this period, you might encounter intermittent difficulties in provisioning new servelets, or managing your servelets remotely through the control panel (console access, reboot, etc). There will be no impact to your servelets and any other services unless if there are any further complications.

Update on 24 September 2013, 05:00hrs: We experienced some issues with our cloud platform during the upgrade. Currently we are working to resolve the problem ASAP. Any further updates will be posted here.

Update at 06:30hrs: The issues have been resolved, and all affected servelets are now up.
