Cloud Storage Upgrade

We will be performing an upgrade of our cloud storage cluster on Sunday night, 1 December 2013, between 11pm and 5am (the next day) Singapore time. We will be adding additional storage to further increase the capacity of our distributed storage and improve the cloud platform’s reliability and performance.

During this period, you might experience intermittent difficulties in accessing your servelets due to some I/O issues during the upgrade. Your servelet might also need to be rebooted during the period. Rest assured that no data will be lost during the upgrade.

Cloud Platform Maintenance

We will be performing a maintenance on our cloud platform on Saturday, 12 October 2013, between 6pm and 6am (the next day) Singapore time.

During this period, you might encounter intermittent difficulties in provisioning new servelets, or managing your servelets remotely through the control panel (console access, reboot, etc). Your servelet might need to be rebooted during the period.

Urgent Network Maintenance

We will be performing an urgent maintenance on our network on Tuesday, 8 October 2013 between 8pm and 4am (the next day) Singapore time, for us to apply some network settings to further improve the overall network performance.

During this period, you might encounter intermittent connectivity issues to your servelets hosted in our Singapore cloud infrastructure.
