Data Center Building Power Maintenance
Our data center provider 1-Net will perform annual building power shutdown maintenance, which will be conducted during this period:
Sunday, 12 October 2014, 07:30hrs – 17:30hrs (Singapore time)
During the maintenance, there will be no power interruption to all IT services and no downtime is expected.
Details of the maintenance:

TO: 12 October 2014 (Sunday), 1730hrs
MAINTENANCE DURATION: 10hours
SERVICE IMPACT DURATION: NIL
How you and your customers/users WILL be affected:
· No power interruption to all IT services during the building annual power shutdown exercise.
Reasons for the service disruption:
· Planned Annual Power Shutdown.
Activities to be performed during service disruption:
· As part of the requirement from landlord to improve the proper functioning of their electrical supply to the building, the Landlord will be carrying out the annual power shutdown for 750D
· 1-Net data center is equipped with high resilient power infrastructure, UPS and standby generators will cut in automatically to supply the backup power to all critical its IT equipment in seamless transitions.
· In conjunction of the annual power shutdown exercise work, 1-Net DCE will activate our contingency plan and respective vendors will be activated during the course of work to provide backups. Activities involved will be the planning of fuel supply delivery, transporting for generators, UPS vendors and generator vendors.
· During the building power maintenance window of 10 hours, The main landlord’s electrical source will be “Turn Off” and 1-Net’s supply will be supported by the emergency generator .The backup generators will “cut in “seamlessly to provide the backup power.1-Net’s DCE/vendors will be stationed onsite during this exercise to ensure no service interruption to the operation. .
· Respective vendors and 1-Net DCE will be on site to ensure the mission critical facility equipments are intact. Equipment spare parts will be deployed to site as precautionary measures.
